Trial AppointmentTrial appointments are for the bride that would like to try a hair and/or makeup look for your wedding day. Note that trial appointments are scheduled Monday thru Friday, 8am-3:00pm only. The trial appointment will be 1 1/2 hours. Bring; inspiration hair and makeup pictures, picture of your dress, anything you will be wearing in your hair. Make sure your hair is clean and 100% dry.
Appointment DayWe ask that you and your party have 100% clean, dry hair and face before our arrival. Wash and dry hair the night before or the morning of the appointment. No products in the hair.
Each service will take 30-45 minutes. We can service up to any size party you have. Please make sure the entire party arrives on time for a smooth appointment. We will send out a detailed timeline one week before your appointment through email, to ensure arrival times be met. We are there to give our 100% service to you and your party. Please let us know if there is anything we can help with before we leave. ProductsWe use many different products for hair and make up.

Do I need to do a wedding trial?
A trial run is an opportunity for you to have piece of mind about a desired hair and make up look for your wedding day. The trial will take 1.5 to 2 hours. You can bring inspiration photo's and any hair accessories that you would like to wear on your wedding day. Many of our brides do not have time to schedule a trial, this is totally okay. We can do a detailed consultation and go over some inspiration pictures for a perfect look on your special day.
Why is waterproof make up so important?
In Hawaii we have a very high humidity level which can make regular make up feel cakey and can smear. Everything in our makeup kit is 100% waterproof and humidity proof.
Why hire a professional hair and makeup artist?
We are highly trained in every skin type and tone. Every item in our hair and makeup kit has been perfected to create the best look for any special occasion. We pride ourselves on providing the best service and product satisfaction.

If you would like to add a blow dry then please request that during our consultation. The hair should be squeeky clean for us because we will be using the best products on your hair during your service. The products work best with very clean hair.

Payment Methods
All Major Credit Cards, Check, Cash and Paypal excepted. You can pay on the day of with cash or credit card. Any discounts on the invoice will not be applied on the day of service when paid on the day of service. The discounts are applied only when the invoice is paid in full online from the time the deposit is made until the day before the service date.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that special circumstances are unavoidable and a cancellation may be necessary. We do not offer any refunds for any payments made up to the date of a cancellation. Our business is a appointment-based company. It only works if appointments are kept. When you schedule an appointment with us, we must make sure that we are there for you. We ask that you extend the same courtesy to us.
In the case of postponement, we do not charge any additional transfer fees, we simply work with you to agree on a requested date change within 365 days of your initial contract wedding date. We will assist you in making adjustments with your other vendors as well. Your non refundable deposit will go towards the new date. If balance has been paid then we will apply this balance for the new day of service.
We have a 15 minute grace period on the appointment date. If you do not arrive within 15 minutes of appointment time then the stylist will be unable to provide the service requested and full balance of appointment will be due within 24 hours.
